The 8th edition of the highly anticipated St Barth Gourmet Festival is back for your gustatory pleasure, November 10-14, 2021!

 

Launched in 2014 as a symbol of culinary excellence, this gourmet experience pays homage to the best of French cuisine with no less than 10 acclaimed chefs invited from France especially for this year’s event. Working side-by-side with the chefs at various island restaurants, their sole objective is to delight your tastebuds by way of specialties created for the occasion.

 

For the four gourmet dinners, each chef will prepare a special tasting menu. Composed of several courses, the chefs’ dinners are available each evening for a fixed price of 135€ / person, with reservations very strongly recommended to get a table at the partnering restaurants and hotels.

Thursday, November 11:

  • Press conference with the guest chefs at Palace Cheval Blanc St Barth Isle de France

Saturday, November 13:

  • St Barth Bartender Contest by Enjoy St Barth & Del Maguey at restaurant L’Esprit (open to the public)
  • Waiters’ Race by Enjoy St Barth, starting at restaurant L’Esprit (open to the public)

Sunday, November 14:

  • St Barth Chefs Challenge by Champagne Barons de Rothschild at Bonito (open to the public)
  • Amateur Baking Competition “Petites Toques St Barth,” plaza at the Collectivité (open to the public)
  • Awards Ceremony 2021, parvis de la Collectivité plaza at the Collectivité (open to the public)
