More intuitive, more functional, more playful, more pure…

Ressence, otherwise known as Renaissance de l’Essentiel, is a brand that places the end-user in the heart of its first collection of watches. Their goal is to show the essence of time in the most intuitive way possible, while showcasing an ergonomic accent on functionality.

It’s thanks to its new way of telling time, ROCS (Ressence Orbital Convex System), that this watch truly stands out. Entirely designed and developed in-house, this unique watch-making complication is composed of different sized disks, which are curved to follow the rounded shape of the convex glass covering them. All of the time-keeping indications of the Ressence watches are generated by the ROCS from the basic information provided by the automatic movement: the minute axel.

Research for better ergonomics has led to the organic design and fluidity of the Ressence watches, which ensures the removal of any impurities. The size of the case is almost invisible and the there is no winding stem. It’s the revolving dial under a domed sapphire crystal that takes on task of keeping perfect

time.

Key points: The very flat case and revolving discs on the watch face make the Type 1² model especially elegant.

Plus: The principal display dial as well as the auxiliary dials, rotate continually, as if moons orbiting around a planet.

Four color options for the dial: Silver (argent), Ruthenium (dark gray), Night Blue (blue), and Champagne (champagne)

Styles available for both men and women.
