Zion invites you to savor a cuisine rich in spicy Caribbean flavors. Every detail is designed to transport you across the world, in an endless quest for inspiration.
Embracing a genuine eco-responsible philosophy, the restaurant favors local products, thereby reducing waste and waste. All set in a tropical setting where vegetation harmoniously blends with natural materials.
The Chef
Jean-Baptiste Piard, chef and co-owner of Zion, creates surprisingly innovative cuisine influenced by numerous voyages to acclaimed gourmet restaurants in France, Canada, and French Polynesia.
Chef’s Table Menu
A seven-course menu for 160 euros/person. A unique experience to “Dine At The Counter,” served by the chef with personal explanations.
Food And Wine Pairing
Add a wine flight for 120 euros/person, including six glasses of wine.
