Established in 2022, Kaz a Poke is the island’s first poke bowl restaurant and won the Festival de la Gastronomie award that same year.The house specialty is the build-your-own poke bowl, prepared with a base of your choice, such as rice, quinoa, or salad greens, then topped with vegetables, fresh fruit, and a variety of proteins: fish, chicken, beef, or shrimp. Fresh, generous meals, perfect for a light lunch or a healthy meal in Marigot.
The menu goes beyond poke bowls, featuring a variety of fresh options, including tartares, steamed gyoza, fresh juices, and house-made drinks, with choices to suit vegetarian and vegan preferences.
