Alina is a Japanese restaurant in Maho, Sint Maarten, located above Casino Royale. Inspired by the convivial spirit of Japanese izakayas, it brings shared dining to one of the island’s lively neighborhoods, with dishes to discover together throughout the meal.
The restaurant lends itself to dinner for two, evenings with friends, and special celebrations. Guests can gather around the table for a shared meal or take a seat at the sushi bar for a chef-led tasting experience.
The menu combines sushi, sashimi, and Asian-inspired dishes, with a variety of preparations that encourage guests to explore different flavors together.
Robata-grilled specialties complement the sushi selection and add another dimension to the meal. A selection of sake, wine, and cocktails accompanies the menu.
At Alina’s sushi bar, Chef Ken’s Omakase experience offers a multicourse menu shaped by the day’s ingredients and the chef’s creativity.
Leaving the selection to Chef Ken allows guests to discover his cooking through a sequence of individually presented courses. With both plates to share and Omakase dining, Alina offers a choice of Japanese dining experiences in the heart of Maho, Sint Maarten.
