Located in Maho Village, on the Dutch side of Saint Martin, near Casino Royale, Roma Cucina Italiana is part of the Oasis complex. The restaurant offers an elegant, welcoming setting to discover the flavors of Italy in the heart of a lively neighborhood.
Guests can settle into the indoor dining room or enjoy the garden for an alfresco dinner. Two spaces to share a meal as a couple, with family, or among friends in a warm, convivial atmosphere.
Chef Matteo Bottini, originally from Rome, serves Italian cuisine inspired by Roman traditions, featuring a selection of homemade pasta, pizzas, antipasti, and risottos. Burrata, arancini, beef carpaccio, and Italian cured meats start the meal, followed by specialties such as carbonara, ravioli, and gnocchi.
The menu also features meat, fish, and seafood, including veal ossobuco and lobster dishes. Italian desserts, from tiramisu and cannoli to panna cotta, provide a sweet finish to dinner.
At Roma, guests can explore a selection of Italian, French, and Californian wines alongside their meal. The varied menu lets everyone create a dinner to suit their tastes, choosing between Italian classics and new discoveries.
Within the complex, Oasis Bar also allows guests to order dishes from Roma and the Asian restaurant Mr Chow at the same table. A convivial way to bring different culinary preferences together and linger over conversation during a meal in Maho.
