The lunar cycle, hours, minutes and date display are expertly powered by the HW5201 quartz movement, exclusive to Harry Winston. The migration of the moon is visible through a crescent-shaped opening, while the hour and minutes are indicated by elegant, beveled hands. At 6 o’clock, an open circle, adorned with a yellow gold border, reveals the date.

In order to create a unique and graceful dial, two shades of mother-of-pearl were used. The first, a pure white, alludes to daylight, while the second, a pearl blue, recalls the deep blue of the evening sky.
The contrasting colors are meant to guide the eye to the heart of the timepiece, where the moon phase is brilliantly displayed.
Gold cabochons minute markers, bring the dial to life, while the iconic hallmark for the brand – the emerald-shaped logo – stands watch at 12 o’clock. 18 brilliant-cut diamonds rest at 6 o’clock, while 12 brilliant-cut diamonds line the perimeter, serving as hour markers. Together with those on the bezel, arches and buckle, the timepiece offers 2.58 carats of the world’s most magnificent diamonds, which are perfectly complemented by the 36mm 18K rose gold case and the iridescent accents on the white alligator strap.
