From June 25 to August 20, 2025, Air France is offering a unique experience in the heart of Paris: an exceptional ephemeral restaurant on the rooftop of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. A place where haute cuisine meets the elegance of the Business cabin.
An aerial interlude… with your feet firmly on the ground
Take a seat for lunch in a setting inspired by Air France lounges: leather seats, navy blue and pure white hues, refined details, elegant tableware and signature service. Only twenty covers per service, for an intimate immersion at the summit of the capital.
Outside, the Parisian panorama awaits you: Opéra Garnier, Eiffel Tower, Montmartre… A breathtaking view to accompany every bite.
A menu signed by the greatest
Air France has called on exceptional talents to enhance this gastronomic experience:
- Régis Marcon, a three-star Michelin chef, offers refined, regional cuisine using seasonal produce: carrot flan, chicken with morel mushrooms, Camargue rice…
- Nina Métayer, crowned World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2023, imagines airy desserts, blending technical skill and gourmandise.
- Xavier Thuizat, France’s Best Sommelier 2022, selects top-of-the-range wines and champagnes for perfect pairings.
All served in tableware designed by Jean-Marie Massaud, in the spirit of Air France Business Class trays.
