For Easter, the spotlight is on head pastry chef Jonathan Mougel at Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France. Named Meilleur Ouvrier de France for pastry/confectionary in 2019, the chef travels around the world to feed his passion for inventive, delicious pastry, using techniques that create new gustatory experiences.
You can discover his extraordinary desserts on the menu at La Cabane on April 16-18, and also for sale in the restaurant’s pop-up boutique, Le Manège à Délices (The Carousel of Delicacies).
