Chopard plays a major role on the contemporary arts scene. Especially when it comes the world of cinema, as Chopard has been a sponsor of the International Cannes Film Festival since 1998. For the 2019 Red Carpet Collection, Caroline Scheufele, co-president and artistic director for the brand, chose love as the inspirational theme.

Since heartfelt declarations of love always bloom with flowers, she imagined an ensemble composed of rings and earrings in the shape of orchids that look as lifelike as the real thing.

The fruit of creative genius and Chopard’s excellent techniques, the light branches of these flowers, made of titanium and set with diamonds, amethysts, or sapphires, have a touch of immortality, as if real

orchids have been transformed into jewels.

Key points: Set with precious stones, this pair of lifelike orchid earrings illustrates the mastery of Chopard, marrying their ancestral excellence in jewelry making with cutting-edge technologies.

Plus: These exceptional orchids have petals made of iridescent white opals shimmering with spectacular pink reflections of tinted titanium, which their counterparts in nature would use to attract pollinating insects.

Characteristics: Orchid earrings in titanium set with white opal cabochons (9.7 ct), brilliant cut diamonds (31.6 ct), pink sapphires (20,1 ct), and tsavorites (11.5 ct).
