La Quintessence is also open Monday thru Friday from 11:45am-2pm, and has added a crispy, easily digestible lunch option: Le Saltimbanque! A sourdough sandwich made with five-cereal organic flower and charcoal, which is known  for its nutritional qualities and benefits to the digestive system.
