Personal trainers from the Form Fitness gym in St Barth are available to come to your home for private sessions. Make 2019 the year that you work with one of the trainers to create an exercise program adapted to you capacities and availability. 

Choose the approach that best fits your needs. With four trainers and four methods of working to meet your goals and maximize your potential for success. Try Pilates and Stretching for a softer, supple approach or Cross Fitness and Boxing for a sweaty approach, as well as the more traditional weight lifting approach for purists.

There are multiple advantages to a session at home: saving time, tranquility, and efficiency. A good solution to stay motivated, progress rapidly, and see the results!
