This summer, the Hôtel Plaza Athénée transforms its famous Cour Jardin into an open-air cinema for the 4th edition of the Plaza Cinéma Club. From June 29 to July 6, 2025, immerse yourself in a unique experience combining cult cinema and haute cuisine, with an exclusive menu designed by Jean Imbert, the hotel’s starred chef.
An exceptional cinematic program
Each evening features a screening of an iconic film, accompanied by a themed dinner inspired by the film’s universe:
- Sunday June 29 – Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark: An exotic and adventurous dinner.
- Monday, June 30 – Sabrina: A tribute to romance and Parisian elegance.
- Tuesday, July 1 – Casino Royale: A refined evening of caviar, vodka martinis and glamour.
- Wednesday, July 2 – Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain: A gentle menu in the spirit of Montmartre.
- Thursday, July 3 – Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra: An oriental-inspired Gallic banquet.
- Friday, July 4 – The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring: A gustatory adventure in Middle-earth.
- Saturday, July 5 – The Godfather: Part II: A Sicilian feast worthy of the Corleone family.
- Sunday, July 6 – Le Sens de la fête: A celebration of the French art of entertaining.
An experiment by Jean Imbert
For each film, Jean Imbert creates a customized menu in perfect harmony with the cinematic universe.
Dishes are served to the rhythm of the scenes, for total immersion between image, taste and emotion.
Each evening includes a glass of champagne, hot drinks and individual headphones for impeccable sound quality.
