The real jewel here is the rooftop—a terrace suspended between sky and city, facing the Eiffel Tower, where creative cocktails and vibrant DJ sets come together as the sun sets.
On the plate, Japanese cuisine is revealed with boldness and finesse: crispy salmon and white truffle pancake, Yellow Tail carpaccio with yuzu, tuna tartare with caviar, and of course, the iconic miso-marinated Black Cod. Signature dishes are elevated by a cocktail menu featuring notes of shiso, umeshu, or sake.
