A world of flavors
Corail, the Moma Group's new venture, replaces Forest and embodies the essence of summer on the coast: golden light, a relaxed atmosphere, and décor inspired by the Riviera and Mediterranean shores.
The menu is an invitation to travel: raw fish, lightly spiced lemon marinades, XXL Niçoise salads, ricotta & pistachio plates, raw vegetables & aioli, grilled octopus with citrus fruits... Not to mention al dente pasta and beautifully prepared fish and meat dishes. Noteworthy dishes include paccheri with sea bass and tomato, sea bream with capers and lemon, and linguine with lobster.
When it comes to desserts, indulgence takes over with revisited classics such as vanilla and pistachio millefeuille or chocolate Royal, to end the meal on a sweet note.
