This exceptional brasserie perfectly embodies the group's DNA: Parisian elegance, demanding gastronomy and timeless art de vivre.
Sublimated by decorator Joseph Dirand, the sumptuous volumes of marble, velvet and sculpted wood create a hushed, chic atmosphere. The green terrace, designed by Thierry Boutemy, offers a breathtaking view of the Petit Palais and the Champs-Élysées, in a resolutely contemporary Belle Époque spirit.
In the kitchen, chef Benoît Dargère - a loyal accomplice of the group - orchestrates a refined French menu: mimosa eggs, white asparagus with hollandaise sauce, homemade foie gras, delicate fish, roasted meats and iconic desserts... Each dish pays homage to tradition while asserting a subtle modernity.
More than just a brasserie, Le Grand Café is a vibrant place to live, punctuated by live jazz concerts in the evening, for an immersive Parisian experience from lunchtime until the end of the night.
