On the plate, Japanese cuisine is revealed with boldness and finesse: crispy salmon and white truffle pancake, Yellow Tail carpaccio with yuzu, tuna tartare with caviar, and of course, the iconic miso-marinated Black Cod. Signature dishes are elevated by a cocktail menu featuring notes of shiso, umeshu, or sake.
