In March 2014, the first Denise’s Art of Burger opened in the Globus Food Hall in Geneva. The concept pays homage to chef Philippe Chevrier’s mother, whose first name is Denise. Her talent in the kitchen and her good taste served as inspiration for Chevrier.
Today, chef Benjamin Garin has created a menu at Denise’s that features a selection of burgers, hot dogs, and salads that change with the seasons.
All made with only the best ingredients, there are a variety of burgers, from the classic Bacon and Cheese to Asian Chicken by way of Vegetarian, with something for all palates. As for the hot dogs, there are two choices available: the Dandy (7-grain bread, veal sausage, caramelized onions, cassis mustard) or the Farmer (cumin bread, pork sausage with cubes of Gruyere, tarragon mustard, baby lettuce, cucumbers in vinegar). American breakfast is also available as of 7:30am for those who like a hearty way to start the day.
Denise's reinvents classic food with an innovative take on burgers, by creating various versions for each of the four seasons and using only the very best ingredients.
Average price « à la carte » based on one main dish and one dessert (excluding drinks, according to the menu provided by the restaurant)
