It has enjoyed a renowned reputation for excellence since 2000 thanks to the efforts of Blaise Hatt-Arnold and Caroline Vogelsang, before being taken over by the Hubert family in October 2011.

The menu changes three or four times per year, in keeping with the seasons, the mood of the restaurant, and the new dishes that our creative chef dreams up.
