This brasserie has been a popular destination since 1999, especially for all those who love seafood.

The chef
Francis Poidevin learned from the greats: Trocelier, Paul Chene, Lenotre, Delaveine, and was chef at Jean-Pierre Coffe's Ciboulette. After running his own restaurant, Café la Jatte, he came to Monaco in 1999.
