In charge of the kitchen at La Note Bleue for his 15th season, Paya's inventiveness continues to surprise. He adds his personal touch to every dish he creates and his desserts are totally sinful. Rediscover Moshi Moshi, Monaco's iconic Japanese restaurant, ready to write a new chapter in the heart of the Condamine Market. Intimate and welcoming, Moshi Moshi offers contemporary Japanese cuisine inspired by both Japanese culture and Mediterranean flavors. At the helm, chef Gianluca Pellegrino has created a precise and creative menu, where the quality of the ingredients and the balance of flavors are at the heart of every dish. The great classics are of course on the menu: steamed edamame, miso soup, sashimi, maki, and nigiri, all prepared in accordance with tradition. Moshi Moshi's signature style is also evident in its iconic rolls, which pay homage to the Mediterranean, such as yellowtail tartare subtly enhanced with a shiso-yuzu sauce, or the Atun & Pimiento roll, combining spicy tuna with sunny flavors.

Castelroc, perched on the Rocher in Monaco, was built in 1953 by the Bonafede family. The restaurant has updated its culinary traditions while maintaining its authenticity.
