Bagatelle is every bit as popular for its delicious French cuisine as for its festive ambiance. Throughout the week, and especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, Bagatelle is abuzz on the waterfront in Gustavia.   In late afternoon, the relaxed atmosphere of the port makes Bagatelle the perfect place for a sunset cocktail before a romantic dinner. It’s a great spot to contemplate the yachts, drink in hand.   After that, things start to heat up. In an indescribable ambiance, part of the internationally celebrated “Bagatelle" concept, you can let yourself go and enjoy an evening of excellent music.   The staff, with its sense of service and partying, tends to every detail to make your visit fantastic.   The ambiance owes much of its success to Fabien Lanciano, the resident DJ, and the team of talented barmen. Signature cocktails are crafted with fresh ingredients and the cocktail list includes: Melon Martini with Stoli Vodka Elit, melon liqueur, and lime juice, or the London in St Barth created with Hendrix Gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lime, homemade cucumber syrup, mint, and soda.   For a cocktail to share as a group, order one of the “Bowls,” such as the Olympic Pool, made with Esprit de June liqueur and Perrier Jouet champagne for a real treat.   Champagne starts to flow freely and the party really ramps up after 11pm.
