Located just a few yards above the beach, the Hotel St Barts Villa Lodge 4 épices overlooks the lagoon in Grand Cul de Sac. The Villa has been built on top of one of the oldest stone cisterns on St Barthélemy, with outstanding panoramic views of the lagoon of Geand Cul-de-Sac and the Atlantic ocean. Marie-Aimée Perrier, a French decorator from the Ecole des Arts Deco in Strasbourg, created the elegant yet innovative design of the suites. Each suite has the name of a spice—Nutmeg, Citronnelle, Cinnamon, Saffron, and Star Anise—evoking the colours of the Caribbean. The ambiance is contemporary, with concrete side by side with velour, wood and metallic finishes mesh, while transparent epoxy takes on Baroque forms. The result is a colourful hotel, with an easy lifestyle, yet full of surprises.

Take a time-out at the Auberge de la Petite Anse, an oasis of peace, where easy-living and serendipity beckon. The Auberge Terre Neuve is a family-owned and operated lodge located near Flamands, just minutes away from the beach. Auberge Terre Neuve is composed of ten 1-bedroom bungalows, each with terrace and kitchenette. Daily housekeeping included (except on Sundays and holidays). Rates include car rental. Located near airport, shopping, restaurants and the main village, the Auberge is well-situated, and offers one of the few low-priced accommodation options in St. Barth. Office at the airport.
