Located just a few yards above the beach, the Hotel St Barts Villa Lodge 4 épices overlooks the lagoon in Grand Cul de Sac. The Villa has been built on top of one of the oldest stone cisterns on St Barthélemy, with outstanding panoramic views of the lagoon of Geand Cul-de-Sac and the Atlantic ocean. Marie-Aimée Perrier, a French decorator from the Ecole des Arts Deco in Strasbourg, created the elegant yet innovative design of the suites. Each suite has the name of a spice—Nutmeg, Citronnelle, Cinnamon, Saffron, and Star Anise—evoking the colours of the Caribbean. The ambiance is contemporary, with concrete side by side with velour, wood and metallic finishes mesh, while transparent epoxy takes on Baroque forms.
