The beach in Saint Jean is without doubt one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, along with Flamands.   It is divided into two parts, separated by the Eden Rock hotel.   The larger part to the left, is close to the airport runway, and visitors enjoy watching the aerial ballet of the small planes.   The beach in St Jean to the right of Eden Rock is smaller and the water is generally very calm. The beach of Colombier is one of the zones protected by the marine park of St Barthélemy, where the mooring of all boats is regulated. The beach is accessible by foot via two different paths, one starting from Colombier, the other from Flamands, from where the hike is pleasant and accessible. Either path is a great way to discover the natural beauty of the island and one of the most beautiful beaches of St Barthélemy. The protection of the bay and a ban on fishing allows for superb snorkeling with the assurance of seeing a multitude of reef fish, sea turtles, and starfish. The beach in Lorient is a lovely beach for families, shaded in the morning by traditional sea grapes. These natural pools are not very well known, as they are located behind the rocks where the water runs clear. Scuba diving

Island Diving is a five-star dive center well-known on the island, where you can take your very first dives and enjoy various underwater activities in the company of an equally accredited and experienced dive instructor.   In Saint Barth for the past 30 ans, Bertrand is a veteran diver who loves having new people fall in love with the sport.   A great way to discover the sea, learn to scuba dive with air tanks and explore the marine milieu using aquatic fins, masks, and snorkels.   After a few lessons with the instructor, you will develop an autonomy that allows you more ease in the water, and by taking the recreational PADI dive training, you can also learn how to return to the surface of the water at any time, without risk of decompression!

I can also create a built-to-spec program based on your personal or professional needs. This season, I am delighted to be a resident consultant for yoga and transpersonal work at Spa Excellence des Sens by Christophe Marchesseau at the Cour Vendôme in Gustavia. I offer you over 30 years of training, and my personal "10 000" teaching and consulting hours spent improving the physical, mental and emotional registries we as humans experience.
