Wanting to expand their expertise and experience as a chef and a concierge, Jérôme and Stéphanie have created Elite Service to meet your every need during your stay in Saint Barth.
Elite Service provides à la carte service for all meals, from breakfast through dinner with your family, or soirées with friends at your villa, on your yacht, at pools parties, boat excursions, or weddings. Formerly a chef at various restaurants on the island, Jérôme has also worked as a private chef on the east coast of the United States in New York and The Hamptons. He has taken traditional French gastronomy and created a more international cuisine, adding Asian, Mediterranean, and Provencal accents to design menus that meet all tastes. In Saint Barth, he also likes to use a mix of local products and flavors, such as lobster and fresh fish caught that day.
Stéphanie worked as concierge for several years in a villa rental agency, and her role with Elite Service is to provide personalized management of your trip in terms of butler/concierge service. She can line up the best professionals on the island to help organize a truly memorable vacation, from before your arrival on the island to the very end of your stay, from your car rental to a day at sea, your tennis lesson, or your daily massage for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a tailor-made vacation, during which you have nothing to do except experience the joy of being in Saint Barth.
