Villa La Plage lives up to its name with a fantastic beachfront location in Lorient. While the beach itself is open to everyone, this luxurious home, set on a large 3/4-acre lot, has a private beach area close to the water, yet on its own property, as well as a discreet access gate for the villa’s guests to use. The private beach area has lounge furniture including sling chairs, chaise lounges, and a settee. A stone table with a parasol for shade can be used for casual cocktails in the late afternoon or an early morning espresso.

When not on the beach, guests will want to lounge on the large deck by the beautiful semi-circular swimming pool. The deck is perfect for sunbathing or an al fresco dining experience with everything needed to grill a Caribbean dinner. A guest bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

The entire length of a large living room faces the ocean, with the water view framed by tall coconut palms. A rear courtyard contains such amenities as a Jacuzzi that can seat 10 people, plus a wet bar and dining table, ideal for a party, especially after dark when magical lighting comes on!

Five air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house are beautifully designed with French-king beds, spacious en suite baths, each with a dressing area and private terrace. Not forgetting the sound of the surf and a soft fluffy robe to make you feel right at home.
Two additional bedrooms—with queen size beds and en suite baths— are located in an air-conditioned guest house, with its own kitchen plus living and dining areas between the two bedrooms, the larger of which contains a writing desk. Sunbathing and outdoor dining are possible on a private deck. This cottage suits older children or could also be used to house staff.
