Probably because it's a little more than a restaurant, it's a successful experience.
Comfortable, welcoming and chic, the place is designed like a beach house. The space is large, the air and good energies circulate, you overlook the port, the lounge and its deep sofas adjoin the dining room, the ceviche bar and the special cocktail bar are à la carte!
And each table, topped with a raffia lampshade, offers a warm setting for couples, families and friends.
As for the menu, under the direction of Executive Chef Laurent Cantineaux, who has worked at Troisgros in Roannes and Daniel Boulud's kitchens in New York, and is a convert to the flavours of Peru and Venezuela, Laurent Cantineaux creates dishes that combine French techniques with South American ingredients. With its well-crafted cuisine and enveloping atmosphere, you'll feel like you're with friends you'd love to come back to again and again.
