Renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is the executive chef of the restaurant, signing a menu with dishes inspired by his celebrated restaurants that star on the gourmet restaurant scene in New York City: ABC, JoJo, or ABCV vegan, and whose reputation is stellar among gourmets in search of the very best. For dinner, enjoy fresh sashimi made from local fish, fennel, and an emulsion of mustard and yuzu, langouste grilled in a charcoal oven with herbed butter and Kombu seaweed, or a 16oz bone-in sirloin steak grilled over hot coals with crispy potatoes, roast tomato, and béarnaise sauce.
