Villa Ti-Rock is a new jewel of luxury and delight in St-Barth, represented by Sun Beach House. Quintessentially Caribbean, the house could be a journey in itself. Inspired by local architecture, the property is divided into several bungalows, offering various spaces for interaction or privacy.
Capable of accommodating up to three couples, two of the bedrooms are located on either side of the living room, and the last occupies a separate bungalow with an outdoor bathroom, a real treat. The living room is through and provides a true sense of freedom, with the lagoon on one side and the pool surrounded by vegetation on the other.
All rooms are open to the outside, like the kitchen and its bar, promising joyful moments. It’s a true little paradise. As you move through the property, you discover a new space dedicated to your well-being. Over here, a shaded gazebo housing a comfortable outdoor living room for you to stretch out with a good novel or catch up with friends. Over there, a jacuzzi to admire the stars to the rhythm of the tropical melody… in front, the terrace overlooking the magnificent lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac.
The decoration, very exotic and thoughtfully detailed, invites you to an immediate connection with your surroundings and more generally, with nature. Stone, wood, weavings, fabrics, and all these organic materials contribute to the atmosphere so special to this unique place. Come evening, Villa Ti-Rock reveals yet another facet, lighting up subtly and offering a warm and enchanting ambiance under the moonlight.
Sailing enthusiasts will be happy to know that they are just a few minutes from the island’s best spot, while the capital is only about twenty minutes away for your afternoon shopping or festive evenings.
