Built in a traditional architectural style, this modern villa provides the perfect vacation getaway for two couples who enjoy a certain level of privacy, or for a family. The main floor of this two-level, two-bedroom home features a spacious living room with open-concept kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, and sofas encompassing the sea view. The interior merges with the exterior as the house opens to large deck and L-shaped swimming pool.
Also on the upper level, the first bedroom has a lovely ocean view, and is equipped with a television, large closet, and outdoor shower.
The second bedroom is located on the lower level is designed like a suite with a writing desk and a a private sitting area on its own terrace.
Villa Pastel is located on a hillside in Pointe Milou, overlooking Saint Jean, Saint Martin, and other neighboring islands. The view includes beautiful sunsets to add to the charm.
