The beautiful Villa Kermao is located in Vitet, the highest area of Saint-Barthélemy.
From there, you enjoy a unique panorama over the Caribbean Sea.
The large house, which has 4 bedrooms, offers an authentic stay in a typical, simple, and comfortable setting.
Luxury is left to the natural beauty of your surroundings: turquoise blue of the lagoon, tropical vegetation, and climate caressed by the trade winds.
The villa, nevertheless very spacious, is the perfect place for getting together with family or friends.
The living spaces are open to the outside, and a comfortable living room faces the sea for reading a good book, discussing life, or doing nothing at all…laziness and the sweet life easily lend themselves to the unpretentious yet so pleasant atmosphere of the place. At the top of the stairs, a beautiful air-conditioned mezzanine welcomes you for a moment of relaxation in front of a good film while others enjoy the large swimming pool. On the dining table on the terrace, you taste delicious local dishes prepared in the fully equipped open kitchen. While preparing, your friends accompany you at the bar and maybe sip a planter’s punch.
You live the Antillean way and fall under the spell of this so “real” art of living.
Authenticity is also found in the bedrooms with a Caribbean style always featuring beautiful woodwork, canopy beds, colorful faience, and slats to filter the light. Each has its own bathroom. One of them is located in an independent bungalow with a private terrace and kitchenette for total privacy.
A few minutes by car, you reach the lagoon of Petit Cul-de-Sac for a kite surfing outing, a canoe ride, a snorkeling tour, or a lunch with your feet in the sand. Everything around you is so beautiful.
