At the entrance to Saline beach, Guadeloupe-born chef Eddy welcomes you to his St-Barth restaurant for lunch and dinner, where you can enjoy a savory West Indian cuisine.
The varied lunch menu will satisfy every taste, with a fusion of Creole, French and Asian cuisine.
For dinner, make way for typical West Indian specialties: fricassee of conch, cod-stuffed christophine or grilled lobster in Creole sauce & butter.
For dessert, discover the delicious blanc mangé coconut-mango, the unmissable local pastry Tourment d’amour or the pineapple and lime cake.
