Head to the Form Fitness gym in St Barth and get rapid results thanks to an integrated program of group classes and excellent teaching by the coaches. This two-level fitness center has five different sports areas (exterior cross-fit, indoor and outdoor weightlifting, cardio area, group classes room).

Group classes

In addition to unlimited access to the machines, the gym offers private coaches and/or group classes: Pilates, yoga, body pump, body combat, rpm, Abs and Glutes, body sculpting… Sign up for a schedule of 25 group classes led by a coach throughout the week. There’s nothing better than group spirit to help get motivated.
