Located in Pointe Milou with a panoramic ocean view, this villa features four bedrooms, all in private pavilions and with private bathrooms. The layout, on various levels, includes two master suites—one with double closets, a private deck, exterior shower, and kitchenette. There is also a guest room and a smaller room that can work for kids or staff.*
Renovated to a sleek, modern style to meet the needs of today’s guest, this house was originally designed to echo the small local cottages found throughout the West Indies. Even though the style has been updated, lush garden surround the architecture for a tropical feel. A contemporary kitchen and a spacious living room are located in the main building. A semi-enclosed terrace can be used for relaxing or dining, with wooden louvres to open or close based on the breezes.
A family with kids, two or three couples, or a group of friends could easily share Villa Casa Minotto with its extra-long heated pool to take a swim, then relax in the nearby sunken outdoor living room with cushioned banquettes.
