• Yoga

Various yoga classes are available (semi-private or private sessions) in a space dedicated to the tranquil practice of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Zen, Meditation or pre/post-natal yoga.

If you prefer to practice yoga in your villa or in the fresh air, Terre Happy will happily respond to your request and bring all the necessary equipment.

• Fitness

Choose from a schedule of group classes with a maximum of 10 people (Body F-Hiit, Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Zen, C.Abs, Pilates-Barre-Fit, Dance, Stretching) or semi-private for 4 to 6 people (Cardio Boxing, Circuit training, Cross training, Pole Dance) taught by energetic coaches that will make you love moving to the music.

Terre Happy allows you to make a reservation for a session at the studio, at your villa, or outside, with a full range of equipment provided, as well as sports/nutritional programs adapted to your needs by qualified instructors.

• Personal Trainer

In semi-private or private classes, you can work with a fitness coach to meet your various goals (wellbeing, health, nutrition, weight loss, muscle building, preparation for competition), or with a sports coach if you are a high-level athlete. 

For those who need private, personalized attention, a specialized coach is trained to work with pregnant women, as well as people with disabilities or those who need sports rehabilitation or nutritional balance after an accident or an illness.

CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION: Terre Happy is subject to the Sanitary Pass. To enter the studio, you must present proof of vaccination, or proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours or an antigen test within 48 hours, or proof of testing positive for Covid-19 of at least 11 days and less than 6 months as valid proof of recovery.
