This contemporary three-bedroom apartment is part of the new Madrix complex overlooking the Port of Gustavia, which is how it got its name: Gustavia Lights Apartment (GIL). The twinkling lights of the portside capital of Saint Barth invite guests to walk into town and enjoy fine dining in the evening. During the day, shopping is just a stone’s throw away, and the apartment also provides a bird’s eye view of the activity in the harbor.
A luxury dwelling, the apartment features a large, covered patio and heated Jacuzzi while the main living room is spacious, with natural colors and lovely lighting to enhance the cozy ambiance. Amenities include French and American satellite and Apple TV with a large screen, as well as a dining table, and a fully outfitted kitchen. The living area open onto the patio and glass doors can be closed to accommodate air-conditioning.
The master bedroom, facing the patio, next to the living room, has harbor views, a king-size bed, two closets, US satellite television, and Netflix, plus an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, tucked behind the living room, enjoy views of Gustavia. They also have king-size beds, roomy closets, and ensuite bathrooms..
An elevator and a large, private, and secured underground parking garage add to the ease of staying here, as parking in Gustavia can otherwise be a challenge.
