This newly built six-bedroom, contemporary villa is located in the hills of Anse des Cayes, a 10-minute drive from Gustavia. Access to the lower level of the villa is via covered parking that can handle five mid-size cars. A large staircase bordered by a soothing waterfall leads to the main level, which has an unobstructed view of the ocean and the sunrise. A large living area combines with the salon, kitchen, and pantry, as well as a terrace with a swimming pool that stretches toward the horizon.
On the same level, three principal bedrooms each have a king–size bed convertible into twins, a large closet, and adjoining bathroom with shower, as well as a terrace with an ocean view.
On the lower level, a game room provides space to chill out, and provides access to the three additional bedrooms, one of which also has an adjoining bathroom, while the fifth and sixth bedrooms are connected and share a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own private outdoor space that overlooks the lush gardens.
Villa Marcel is perfect for a group of friends who want not only to relax but also have rapid access to all the happening spots on the island.
