L’Atelier has its iconic ground-floor counterfor a concept called “Around The Kitchen,” a nod to French culinary excellence, with perfectly plated dishes created before your very eyes. Open for lunch or dinner, seated at the counter or at a table.

Le Rooftop, the upper-level concept, has the exceptional view of the Port of Gustavia. Here you can enjoy the best yet simplest recipes created by Joël Robuchon, available all day, with continuous service from breakfast through dinner.

The Chef: Louis Verstrepen

Passionate about cooking as a small child, Louis Verstrepen was rather young when he first joined the staff at the Joël Robuchon restaurant in Monaco, working under Christophe Cussac. He then participated in the opening of Joël Robuchon’s La Grande Maison in Bordeaux, alongside Tomonori Danzaki, before joining Anne-Sophie Pic’s culinary team in Valence. In 2021, he became the executive chef of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Saint-Barthélemy, where his menus feature a blend of the exceptional recipes that reflect the success of the Ateliers with the flavors of the Caribbean.
