Arianna has come to us directly from Switzerland, where she learned her skills at a 5-star hotel. Passionate about Asian cuisine asiatique, she worked alongside chefs who inspired her to create her culinary signature. Self-learning by nature, she has enriched her knowledge by way of her passion, her experiences, her curiosity, and her delight in sharing. She is chef with an environmental awareness, which leads her to work with local producers.
